My training is integrative and transpersonal, which means that I draw on a variety of approaches (including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential and Transpersonal). I then tailor my approach to you and what you bring.
A crisis is an opportunity for self-discovery
“Transpersonal” loosely means “spiritual”. Without adhering to any particular spiritual tradition I place great importance in the search for meaning and purpose and this is something we will look at together in our sessions. A crisis, for example, is not seen as an “end” or as “wrong” but instead as an essential part of your journey. I believe it is an opportunity for self-discovery and a chance to let go of old behaviours that no longer serve you. It can often be the start of something, a rebirth of sorts, although it rarely feels like it at the time.
